If you are a tea lover, you MUST come to Savoy! I live on the west coast now, but am from NWA. Every time I’m home to visit, I always make sure to swing by Savoy! They have tea and some food you can order at the counter, but the real spotlight is on the loose leaf teas that they sell. They have tasting stations where you can sample several of their teas. They have a wall of sample packs that have enough loose leaf tea for 4-6 servings which is the best way to try some new teas to see what you like. The sample packs are color coordinated and organized by type of tea which makes it simple to find what type you are looking for. Each sample pack has a jar underneath where you can smell the scent of the tea. The sample packs are buy 4 get the 5th free. If you find a flavor you love, you can come back and buy a bigger tin of that tea! You can bring the empty tin back to refill it with more loose leaf tea and you get a discount for reusing your tin. They have such an amazing system and a really cute ambience to enjoy while you shop or sip your tea. This was my first time ordering food here, I got the white chocolate raspberry scone. They heated it up for me and it was honestly one of the best scones I’ve ever had! The white chocolate chips melt in your mouth and the texture of the scone was perfection. I got the Thank You Very Matcha iced tea latte for my drink. The matcha latte was flavorful and well made. I took my drink and sipped it as I walked around the square for the farmer’s market! Such a lovely Saturday morning. This will continue to be one of my favorite NWA businesses–if you have not been yet, add it to your list immediately! There is also a location at the Promenade in Rogers.
My sister and I grew up in the Fayetteville area and I went to school at the U of A. She and I have since lived in Boston, New York City, and DC for the last 5 years, and we’ve yet to find a place that can compare to Savoy in terms of its boutique menu options, presentation, deals on sample teas (buy 4, get one free) and the shopping experience/atmosphere.
We come here every time we are home visiting in the summer or holidays to restock on loose leaf teas and go check out the latest seasonal coffee
This is my favorite place to go for tea! I am not lying when I say I go every Saturday and I get the same thing so often, they know my order now (Iced Savoy Chai with extra chai syrup; I highly recommend it). They also have amazing baked goods! I live for their cookies, especially the ginger cookie and the lemon tea cookie. They also have the kindest staff in the world, and they’re always so sweet and happy to talk with you about tea! If you want a wonderful experience, delicious tea and cookies, and a nice break from the routine of your everyday, I highly recommend you stop by!
This is my favorite spot in Fayetteville!!! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and all the tea is so so yummy! The best though is the baked goods OMG….I’ve almost had everything they serve at this point. If you like soothing warm drinks and delicious bites and a super cozy atmosphere this is your spot for sure.
The establishment was dedicated to all the various teas you could want and tea accessories to go with your choices. We stopped in for coffee and we’re greeted by a cheerful, kind man who made our coffee to perfection. Stop by – you’ll be charmed.
i went today and had the best experience! the two girls working were so friendly and helpful, and the pastries and drinks were delicious! i got the lavender and vanilla tea latte, which was very good. totally recommend going to savoy!
Loved this adorable tea shop. Thank you, Lilliette, for preparing a lovely Matcha latte, and helping us pick out some lovely loose leaf teas to take home. I couldn’t have enjoyed my latte, scone, or experience more!!!
The teas and treats are descent here, but what’s heartbreaking is how dismissive and passive the girls are with me… I get it, I am brown but doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the mediocre over priced tea… I aways have to prompt the reward conversation to get points and the response is always ” oh yea, so what’s your phone
First time to Savoy Tea and it was a pleasure!
Orders a latte with chocolate syrup add in and topped with whipped cream. Got to have it all, lol Also ordered the lemon blueberry scone warmed up. Both were excellent and worthy of five stars! Amazing variety of teas and accessories or an elegant tea. Thank you for the opportunity to try this fine establishment!
I just love Savoy with the power of a million suns. It doesn’t matter if you go to Fayetteville or Rogers, the customer service is absolutely delightful.
My husband and I had to be in Fayetteville yesterday and it was freezing so we stopped in for some warm tea for me and coffee for him (for those reading this in the future, we had a winter snow storm come through NWA). I also grabbed 5 ounces of Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls. For the record, if they’re ever sold out, it’s likely
I’m to blame haha! Sorry not sorry lol.
Hub’s coffee was perfect, my tea was perfectly steeped. They have a points system now and bonus that I got $10 off! They also give a military discount (separate from other promotions).
They also have awesome gift options and let me tell you, I drive from Eureka to buy my Savoy tea! What else can I write? It is THE best.
