Large portions and filling (not typical of most middle eastern food). The flavors are amazing and very authentic as they use ingredients that I have never come across in any other middle eastern restaurants. I checked with my friend who hailed from Amman Jordan and he said that is how his mom makes their food. it’s probably the best middle eastern food I’ve had in tulsa. I go to a restaurant to enjoy the food and I don’t care about the ambience or whether they use plastic silverware or plates. if you expect white table linen and silver cutlery, try Saffron but expect to pay $$$$. This place is cheap and excellent, food wise.
Food took unusually long and came out mediocre and not even filled fully for the price and wait.. not worth going back unfortunately
Decided to try a new place tonight and heard about Palmyra from a friend. The menu seems more authentic than your typical Greek Food. I had beef kabobs, excellent flavor and texture. Wifey had the falafel wrap and said it was very tasty falafel. The Taziki was yummy and not overpowering in its flavor. Although there’s tables and chairs, seems they mostly do takeout. We would’ve like actual plates and silverware with our dine-in meal but understandable they didn’t have them if take out is most of the business. We agreed we’d be back!
Service was friendly, and the food came out quite quickly. The restaurant is casual, and the plastic tableware and only serving of canned/bottled drinks reflects that. These are the only reasons this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 star. The food was phenomenal. My beef kabobs were tender and full of flavor, the hummus was nice and creamy, and the falafel was crispy and well seasoned. My husband got the plate with Chicken Schwarma and thoroughly enjoyed that as well.
It’s.So.Good. Highly recommend. I got a little bit of everything because I couldn’t decide being a vegetarian I wanted to sample all the sides and sauces and falafel, etc. I can’t wait to go back here. Also, they are very friendly and everything was clean and organized and quick service!
Delicious food. Large portions. Friendly and fast service. Relaxing music. Ample seating. Clean.
Delicious falafel wrap and hummus, and very large potions and a fair price. Super friendly and the restaurant looked very clean. Will be back
Wow! Fantastic food. Chicken shawarma and rice. Chicken was grilled perfectly, and the hummus is to die for. The bread is some of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be back!
The guy is super nice and the food is incredible 10/10. I ordered the beef kabob in a wrap and it’s the perfect amount of beef and vegetables, tastes great.
Best Mediterranean food in town in my opinion! Staff is extremely friendly. Really big portions. Perfect to share! Would definitely recommend to a friend. We will be back for sure!
