Pizza is still the same as it has been. Seems to be not as busy. Cold at the back tables, bring extra layers

Hadn’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in a few years. I understand restaurants are trying to get back on there feet again but this experience was way less than we’d hoped for. 35.00 for pizza that’s just a step up from frozen, 4 cheesy bread sticks and 2 soda’s and that didn’t even include token’s…. another 15.00 dollar’s for game token’s. Went up to the counter to redeem points and literally had to wait almost half an hour. Overpriced and under staffed.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the “Recycled Pizza” was true. Why do parents take their kids here? It’s absolutely disgusting. When they sold the tubes I really was kind of happy. Those tubes have a lot of germs. I’m pretty sure they gave the tubes to Gilroy Chuck E Cheese and the Gilroy Chuck E Cheese sold them. Chuck E Cheese is very messy and some of the games are broken. The Juice is a rip off of Buffalo Wild Wings Juice. Parents, take your kids to Dave And Busters.

Dave and Busters is way better than this place. Unfortunately the closest Dave And Busters is in like Oakland.

I would also like to point out that like half of the games are rigged. And some might even scam you. So yeah.

Let’s see; I came in on a Sunday at 4pm. Here’s my experience; 1/3 of the games were down, 1/3 no longer had tickets dispensing and the other 1/3 that were working had kids hogging the machine. Even the kiddie rides were down and limited to a 1/3 of the actual available ones. My 1 year was limited to about 3 rides that we kept alternating so he wouldn’t get bored. Super disappointed in this location in regards to the way things are ran. The tv kept saying Chuck e’ was on his way out every 30 mins only to have no one show up through the door. What a joke, only good thing was the food. The pizza and churros came out fresh and good so it was not a totally bad experience.

Thank you Barbara, I had an issue with my order, the wrong toppings on my pizza. She apologized then fixed the order with a smile. Then one of the games my nephew was playing took the token but the game wouldn’t start. She returned the token and had someone come out and fix it…. so my nephew could play his favorite game…. thank you  Barbara for your outstanding service…. see you soon

If I had to give negative stars I would, the place was closed due to a power shortage. Chuck e cheese is a joke.

Really enjoyed going to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday with the kids. Wasn’t so packed. The employees were in a good mood and they all did their job and made sure everyone got a good experience. Chuck also came out and danced with the kids. We ordered pizza and we didn’t have to wait too long. All in a I want to thank the staff that made yesterday a awesome experience. Thank you!

I came here on wensday to celebrate my nephews 3rd birthday.. ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of wings , everything seemed to be going fine. Until I got home 2 hours after I started feeling sick, I threw up all night .. I knew I had gotten sick from sometime I ate . I’m sure i got sick from the pizza I spent all day in the ER last night due to food contamination . Not fun at all worst experience ever!! ;(

Worst experience at a Chuck E. Cheese’s ever. First off, when we walked in the smell was so rancid I wanted to leave but my kids insisted on playing so I decided to tough it out and eventually managed to ignore it. Then when my oldest son was playing the Alley Roll game he hit the biggest numbers over three times but absolutely no tickets were dispensed. I went to speak with an employee about it and they said they would send someone over but they never did. This happened with about 90% of the games my kids played with but eventually they did send someone over but he supplied us with a meager 30 tickets per child (60 tickets total). When the kids finally went to choose prizes they didn’t have a prize in the color that my toddler requested because the prizes they have shown are ‘just for display’.  We waited almost 20minutes at the prize counter before anyone helped us. When I went to use the restroom it smelled even worse than the play area and the only open stall had a piece of toilet paper with feces on it on top of the toilet paper dispenser–I left without using the restroom.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Luckily, we live in Sacramento so avoiding this place won’t be an issue and our Chuck E. Cheese’s is a million times better.
