One of the biggest challenges facing local restaurants trying to connect with their customers is their lack of an online ordering system and/or delivery service.
There are companies who claim to provide a solution to this problem already by letting customers order through them and then delivering the food. However, we noticed that those companies have an additional 15% charge for customers plus markups of up to 20% and make the local restaurants pay them 25% to 30% commission as well. They also commoditize entire industries and drive consumer behavior to become more and more brand agnostic. This isn’t a sufficient solution.
Hyperflyer is the first dedicated instant delivery platform for everyone. Our aggregated delivery platform provides “all-product, all-scenario, and all-time” instant delivery service to individual users and businesses.
Founded in 2019, Hyperflyer is a company built to democratize new technologies to small and local businesses. We are always looking for ways to support the community better, and our effort to support local restaurants during the COVID-19 was recognized as “the most ethical food delivery service” by Eater SF in 2021.
In 2022, we extended our deliverable categories from food only to almost anything. We launched the first dedicated instant delivery mobile app for individual users in the US. We also launched the first instant delivery Shopify app to help small and medium e-commerce stores to provide same-day delivery to their customers.

Why We Do This

Hyperflyer is a company built to provide these services without all the extra fees. We go directly through the restaurant’s own system, meaning local restaurants get to keep 100% of their profits and there’s no upcharge to customers. We also have now developed a system where customers can get food delivered from restaurants who aren’t able to provide that service themselves. The order still goes through them. We simply pick it up and deliver it for a small, flat fee that covers our drivers’ costs.
We are always looking for ways to support local businesses better. What better way is there than to let them keep the profits they earned and make it easier for locals to buy from them? Hyperflyer is here to bridge the gap and finally make that possible.
