Okay, so…. Normally I go here because it’s late and they are open. Honestly, the food isn’t great. It should be, but some of the ingredients are cold while others are like warm and it’s a bad combination.
The reason I’m writing this review, however, is because they closed earlier than the listed hours. I drove maybe 20 minutes out of my way to get Rallys fries and they weee closed 20 minutes earlier than the listed time. Be warned.
I was hungry so I stopped by. I order 2 Motherchrunchers but was told they were out of crisply chicken so I ordered spicy chicken. Then I ordered a chocolate shake but the machine was down so I ordered a Coke but that was not available as well so I got the spicy chicken and left. The time before when I stopped they said they could not take my order for a half hour. I left. I’ll not return here for a few months maybe a year to see if they have their act together.
I love this place! I have never had a bad experience. I eat there frequently, not once have I had a bad meal.
Drive thru was backed up, 20 minutes to place an order. Placed my order, repeated my requests. Confirmed it @ the pick up window, employee verified my order. Paid for my order, no receipt given. Got home
Absolutely trash. My fries were burnt, and my burger was a pile a mush. Never going to this location again. I have never went to the trouble of filing out a review on yelp that tells you how terrible the food was!
EXTREMELY rude staff. Immediately argues with me when I had a question. Was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve been in customer service for 13 years and have NEVER been treated this way!
Way too over priced. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. I asked her the price difference between two things because the price wasn’t on the menu and she told me “I don’t know just look at the menu.” Isn’t that your job to know the menu?? Just overall rude service and not even that good of food
Had two cars in front of me in the drive-through waited over 10 minutes to get up to the window. I drove away! If they’re going to make people wait that long to get their food they do not deserve to be paid!!!
Business is horrible. Waiting over 20 minutes for a melted slushie and shake. Cold food. Just terrible.
The lady at the drive through window was so rude… I didnt even order my food. I Simply left before I caught a case. Worst customer service ever!!!!!
