I’ve tried going to this location twice now and both times they’ve told us “we’re no longer taking orders”
But they’re open 24 hours.
The Mc.Donalds on wade green is horrendous. Would give this store zero stars if I good. The worker in the store was very disrespectful and had a hard time getting the order out. We placed the order for a quarter pounder with cheese and the first sandwich had no cheese. We sent the sandwich back to be fixed and they made another sandwich the same exact way. After sending it back a third time we asked them again to add the cheese however they still did not put the cheese on there. It took four times to get the sandwich out correctly and still it was very slow. Workers in the back room were yelling and complaining and had a bad attitude about making the sandwich all around one worker by the name of “Maria” even yelled “fuck no I’m not making it again”. In addition to all of these things almost none of the workers in the back were wearing gloves and the manager refused to give anyone a refund. I would not recommend this business to anyone worst service I’ve ever received.
They were incredibly rude and we didn’t even get our order. They kicked us out after “closing” (their hours said til 3 am and we’re there at 10pm) and not listening to any of our concerns. Avoid this place like the plague.
Don’t come to this place past 10:00. I don’t know if they have just forgot to update their hours or refuse too. For a couple weeks they have kept their lights on and seemed open too with a line but when you get to the window they just say they are closed. If they updated their stuff it wouldn’t be a big deal but when I order online and have to drive there to find out they are closed it’s a problem.
Today morning we went to Mcdonalds, we waited for a whole hour.. People who ordered before us and after us all got their food before us. After many other orders from people, our order was still not ready. We asked countless times about our order. The third time we asked about our order, the women came out and said that they were out of eggs. We asked the woman if our order was ready yet because we waited for an hour for breakfast already. The woman claimed that she was the manager and she was very ill-mannered. She told us that if we wanted to wait, we could wait, or she said that we can leave and are not welcomed back to this Mcdonalds. Not to just point out how disrespectful she was to us, but she was clearly racist too. The present workers never said a thing and ignored us when we were asking about our order. This manager also started cussing at us in front of my child. Even when this was not our problem she told us that we were not welcomed back. The lady before us also was having the same issue as us. She was also getting treated horribly. There were cameras present if you guys want to take a look for proof. If she is not going to get her deserved punishment, we can sue.

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would. I ordered a kids meal asked for ranch. When I pulled off and looked in the bag no ranch. I walk into the lobby and ask the boys working in the front if I could get a ranch. Both of them had attitudes one rolling his eyes and keeps repeating the lobby is closed. No doors were locked no sign saying the lobby was closed so now the line is long in the drive thru and I have to wait. Tried to call so I could speak to a manger but apparently the phone number is disconnected. Please shut this McDonald down.
I downloaded yelp for this. I was going to go get food around 1am and I went online to make sure they were open and it showed me reviews and all the reviews are so mean!!! This McDonald’s is open 24 hours a day, it always has a mile long line, and despite this the employees are always nice and the food is always good. Shame on all of you! Be nice!
Food was lukewarm, came through about 9:25 and all doors were locked, when I pulled on it, an employee just grinned and shook their head at me. I had placed an inside mobile order with no ability to cancel, so I pulled into the drive through. Service was slow and I was almost talked to like an inconvenience.
Really wanted some hotcakes this morning so headed to this McDonald’s drive through…. Long line that was not moving; but wait, I can go inside and order. That will be faster, right? Sadly, no.
After parking, going inside, ordering/paying on the kiosk, l stood patiently in the lobby with those who ordered ahead of me with my time stamped receipt. After 15 minutes I approached the only human that would appear from time to time at the counter to ask about my order. Receiving a non-committal answer, I asked for a refund on my card and was told that I would have to wait for that… too. I then asked for the manager and was told that I was talking to the manager.
Sigh… So this McDonalds gets to keep my $5.09 for the over priced hotcakes and sausage I never received, but I get peace of mind knowing that I will never return.
